1. Running Triathlons
Over the past four years, father Rick van Beek has ran his town’s local triathlon for his daughter with cerebral palsy. Although his daughter can’t talk or walk, he still makes the effort to take her on adventures with him. He knows that she seems to adore the outdoors so he’ll often take her kayaking and bike riding with him. This is certainly one dedicated father!
