Lead actor, Jay Mohr, was pretty surprised when he was cast as the leading role opposite Jennifer Aniston. It seems that Aniston was also surprised but only because she wanted her then-boyfriend, Tate Donovan, to have the role. “The leading [lady] was unhappy with my presence and made it clear from day one.” Mohr said.
