A big enclosure costs a fortune. It has to be at least 10×10 m, in the outdoors – that must be dig proof and with a roof to prevent escaping, with trees and dens and a lot of room to run. Add some visits to a wild animal specialist as a vet and you should be quite rich to own a fox!
