I’m a regular guy who learned that hard work always pays off and that the combination of working smart and working hard will always result in being successful. I get most of my fitness motivation from movies and comics. I was the first victim of the Men’s Fitness Transformassacre where I trained under Dan Trink at Peak Performance in New York City. Since then, I have learned that being strong, confident, attractive, assertive, and independent are all a consequence of being fit. My experience has empowered me to work extremely hard in the hopes of inspiring people to reap the same benefits that I have – if not more.
During the day, I am a Senior Marketing Manager for Men’s Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers, and FLEX. I spend most of my time working on advertiser campaigns and speaking with industry leaders about the most effective products, diets, and workout methods.
