We have tested each of these routine on a collection of staff members and test subjects and while possible to complete, they can be challenging.

Tips to Maximize Your Results

  1. In all cases, exercises should be performed with weight that allows you to complete quality reps. If you feel yourself struggling or using other muscles to help you get through each rep, then you should reduce the weight.
  2. We highly recommend fueling your body with a balanced diet to maximize your results. While your body can function on lower quality fuel, you won’t be performing your best without the right nutrition sources fueling your body. Be sure to check out our nutrition section for principles to follow and even simple recipes to help you along the way.
  3. Rest and sleep are the secret weapon when it comes to training. Your body tears muscle when you exercise, your body needs nutrients to heal those tears. This whole recovery process happens when you sleep and will promote muscle growth. Aim for 8-9 hours each night to get the most out of your training.
  4. These routines focus on key muscle groups and should not necessarily be replacing your entire routine. In many cases, you can use the regimen within these training guides to replace your training day for each respective muscle group. For instance, if you are looking to get a big chest like the Man of Steel, do your normal training routine while replacing your normal chest workout with the one that we created for Man of Steel Muscle.
