13. R504 Kolyma Highway, Russia
Kolyma Highway is possibly one of the scariest roads to drive on in the world, after all it has the nickname Road of Bones. The highway was built by prisoners in 1932 and was finally completed in 1953. This road has some of the coldest temperatures recorded outside of Antartica recorded. So it would be best not to get stuck outdoors on this intimidating highway.
