1. Tyrant
Tyrant is the creation of Galactus, the world eater that we mentioned previously. It seems that when Galactus got a bit lonely, he decided to craft a machine that would be equal in strength to him. So thus, Tyrant was born and he demonstrated superhuman strength and invulnerability. Eventually Tyrant became so powerful that Galactus could barely control him! This left Tyrant free to continue to conquer and destroy planets.
