16. Doctor Doom
Just like many of the other villains on our list, Doctor Doom is an evil genius. However, there is so much more to Doctor Doom than many of the others. The one thing that makes him stand out the most is the fact that he is a skilled sorcerer. With his magic abilities, he is able to summon up demons whenever he needs some extra help. His armor protects while also giving him superhuman strength and durability. On top of all of that, he is also the dictator of Latveria, which happens to supply him with a ton of resources.
