We are officially at the mid-point for the Men’s Fitness Transformassacre. In many ways, it feels like this has already been a tremendous success.

From the results of the Men’s Fitness Transformassacre, I am getting to the amount of supporters that have jumped on the bandwagon, there is more than enough positivity to help carry me through.

The Transformassacre Into a Beast

The fat loss phase is officially over and Dan Trink at Peak Performance feels that my ratio of fat lost vs. lean mass lost was very impressive.

Now, the weight is being packed on, the amounts of sets and rest are on the rise, and the amount of reps are much smaller. These key ingredients are the perfect recipe for packing on muscle.

Writing more regularly about the Transformassacre on conFITdent should be much easier now that I got more efficient with meal preparations and sleep pattern. In phase one, I was working out nearly 2 hours  per day, commuting 3 hours, working 9 hours, had to sleep 9 hours, leaving 1 hour to cook/clean/leisure. Nonetheless, there is a ton of great content on the Transformassacre web series on MensFitness.com.
