5. License Plate Blocker
The country of Iran decided to implement a new law when their streets began to get overrun by cars. They passed a law that forbid license plate numbers ending in even or odd numbers from driving on the streets on particular days. However, rich businessmen found a loophole by hiring license plate blockers to keep their identities hidden.
