You Need Not Do a Lot of Thinking

You don’t need to think of the next technique or step because there is a plan laid. That’s a huge roadblock removed. It’s an easy way, a lazy way. You only need to be present and do the motions. You won’t even notice that it has just made you perform the 99th push-up! You don’t need to count the sets and the reps, keep time or even think of surpassing anyone’s record or yours. This doesn’t mean that you’re slacking behind, it only means that you can concentrate on your form.
