Water-Gen uses a technology called spring battery which is a rechargeable battery co-developed with the Ministry of Defense of Israel but can operate with solar panels when solar energy can be harvested properly. This makes the appliance small in size and can be carried even in a backpack, saving space and allow better transportation to the desired locations.
