19. Electricity is a Luxury

The North Korean economy is so weak that most of the people live in poverty and approximately 35% of children suffer from malnutrition. Even electricity is considered to be a luxury. During the night, North Korea sits in darkness to preserve power, and the population can only keep themselves warm by burning wood or other objects that we usually throw away.
