Of the several lawsuits pending against Trump, the Zervos lawsuit could be the most dangerous. A former contestant on The Apprentice, she said Trump groped her and forcibly kissed her in 2007. When Trump called her a liar, she sued him for defamation. After legal wrangling, Trump has been ordered to answer questions and may be compelled to sit for a deposition, where he will need to answer under oath.
