Fat-Free Foods

If you think that fat-free food is very good for you, you are in for a surprise. Fat-free foods are loaded with sugar. This is the ingredient that makes up for the lack of fat in food to make it taste great. But, because of the excess sugar content, you will feel over fatigued and depressed.

Because the sugar in fat-free food can cause sugar spike in your blood, you will also feel unwell. This can lead to depression.
