Non-Organic Fruits and Veggies

Even though fruits and veggies are good for your health, they are not always healthy. Non-organic fruits and veggies have a lot of pesticides that can get into your system when you consume them, which will result to gloominess.

Farmers that are exposed to pesticides are twice as much prone to depression than people who are not exposed to pesticides on a regular basis. Hence, if you are going to be exposed to pesticides through the fruits and veggies that you eat, your wellness will suffer, as well as your mood.
