Ants
If you leave any food on the table, especially sweets, ants can easily smell them. A home extermination technique for ants is to make a paste by mixing one cup of sugar, one tablespoon of boric acid, and some water to form a paste. Be sure to place them in areas where there are ant trails, and keep them away from children and animals. Boric acid is poisonous when ingested.
