Heat

If your room is too hot, open up some windows or have a fan in your room if you don’t want to use air conditioning. Heat can disrupt your sleep as it can make you sweaty and irritable. Even if you don’t wake up in the middle of the night, you’ll still feel tired in the morning due to poor sleep and dehydration from too much perspiration.
