13. Ultron
Ultron recently got to grace the big screen with his appearance in Age of Ultron. However, the movie really didn’t do him much justice. Ultron is capable of some pretty insane mechanics that prove just how powerful he is. For example, Ultron has the ability to induce comas and then control others minds while they are in that state. The comic book version of Ultron is way more of a villain than the movie version!
