11. Give Yourself a Pep Talk

Empower yourself by answering questions like:

  • What am I excited/challenged/happy about today?
  • Why am I excited/challenged/happy about it?
  • How does it make me excited/challenged/happy?

12. Tackle the Difficult Tasks First

Reorder your tasks by doing the tough ones first. When you keep putting off the most difficult task, it’ll stress you the whole day. Tackle it when you’re at your brightest: early in the day.

13. Follow a Great Example

Think about how your hero would deal with it; inspire yourself with your personal heroes’ triumphs over difficulties. You don’t need to live their lives, just pick up what makes them strong and see if you can use the same strength.
