Starring Jean-Claude Van Damme (yup, Mr. I-Can-Split-My-Legs-Between-Two-Trucks-Without-3D-Effects), this movie is about an Americna Ninjutsu master who suddenly goes AWOL from the Army to join an underground martial arts tournament. To better prepare himself for this crazy tournament that involves lots of elbows and full-contact moves, he begins training. In this 6-minute montage, you’ll see some of the craziest training moves ever shown in a montage. I mean, who trains blindfolded? I guess it shows that unusual training may get you the best results.
