Canned Salmon

Salmon has lots of high-quality protein as well as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D. According to a study, people with higher levels of vitamin D are stronger because vitamin D is believed to be linked positively to testosterone.

Canned Tuna

Tuna is another excellent source of protein in a can. Canned tuna contains on average about 20 grams of protein per can and has plenty of omega-3 fatty acids to crank up the protein synthesis process.
