#10. Chest Supported Rear Delt Raise
Why: When it comes to rear deltoid development few shoulder exercises compare to the Chest Supported Rear Delt Raise. Since it takes the need for core stabilization out of the equation, it’s much easier to focus on the rear deltoids and make sure they’re producing all of the movement.
Execution: Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie face down on an incline bench set to about 30-degrees. Hammer curl the dumbbells towards your face until your elbows are bent to 90-degrees. Maintaining the same elbow angle, swivel your arms outwards and raise them as high as possible. Pause, and then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat for the prescribed number of sets and repetitions.
Hi Jordan, You have made a great list of shoulder exercises. I have been doing 8 of these, will start with the other 2 very soon.
Thanks, Steve, glad you enjoyed it.

So no wide-grip pull-ups and push-ups?
