#4. Klokov Press
Why: Named after world champion Russian weightlifter Dmitri Klokov, the Klokov Press is not for the faint of heart when it comes to shoulder exercises. Properly executed this move will absolutely demolish the anterior deltoids as well as the long and medial heads of the triceps. Needless to say, this is good news from both an aesthetic and performance-based standpoint.
Execution: Place a barbell on your back directly across your upper traps. Grip the bar with an extra-wide grip and press the bar directly overhead until your elbows completely lock out. Pause, and then return to the starting position. Repeat for the prescribed number of sets and repetitions.
