Don’t lose track of time

Be conscious of your rest periods. Don’t go longer than you should. Stay aware of the clock and take the designated rest for your program down to the second!

Stay seated

Sometimes while performing standing exercises like shoulder presses and bicep curls, we use our entire body to gain momentum. This doesn’t hit the muscle like it should. Stop cheating on your lifts and sit down. This takes momentum out of the question.
