6. French Army’s Disorganization

The French army’s lack of organization was one of the biggest reasons that the Germans were able to attack so easily. The French failed to participate in the German blitzkrieg strategy in an appropriate way as they were not prepared. Blitzkrieg strategies are extremely vulnerable to flanking and counter-attacks, a strategy that the Russians had worked hard to developed. This lack of strategy and organization led to their surrender.
