Beginner Workout Mistake: Not Getting Strong

I’ve heard people say that all they want is to get big, but not strong. Let me tell you that this is one of the biggest sins a beginner makes.

Muscles adapt to the stress placed on it by growing stronger and bigger. So doing a million reps with the same weight will not help you look a million times bigger. So for this beginner workout tip, be sure to focus on progressively increasing the weights in the 6-10 rep range and you will see continuous gains.

As the great Ronnie Coleman said: “ Everyone wants to be big, but nobody want to lift no heavy weights.” It’s time for you to prove him wrong.
