Beginner Workout Mistake:Training for Too Long

It’s common for beginners to think that if a little is good, more is better. They implement this mantra into their training routine and start spending 2-3 hours in the gym while infecting every single equipment with their sweat stains.

The goal of training is to stimulate your muscle for growth and not to annihilate them. Remember that the 2 hours spent in the gym does not matter as much the other 22 hours outside of it.

Limit your training to one and a half hours and use your lifestyle to compliment your training. Remember the motto of strength coach Jordan Syatt: “ never minimal, never maximal, always optimal.”
