Beginner Workout Mistake: Changing Training Programs Too Often

This could possibly be the most deadly sin committed by beginners. They start some beginner workout program and “realize” that it’s not working, and decide to try some other beginner workout routine and eventually try another and another. It just never stops and at the end of the day they look exactly the same as before.

Typically, results will only be visible within the 6th-8th week and changing your program before that will definitely not bring any changes to your physique. So find a solid training program and stick to it for at least 6 weeks before saying it doesn’t work.

Training is a like relationship – it takes time before you can find out if it’s working or not.
