Beginner Workout Mistake: Not Focusing on Proper Form & Technique

Whilst lifting heavy weights is an important part when it comes to packing on muscle, beginner workout routines often get impacted as rookies let their ego get in the way. They try lifting way more than they can handle and the technique they use makes me want to bury my head in a beehive to ease the pain.

Lifting with improper technique is a serious beginner workout mistake and will also cause injuries that will hamper your progress. So next time you are in the gym, leave your ego behind and make sure every rep is executed with good technique and form before thinking of increasing the weights.
